i like how unique is wakasa rumi sensei voice from other normal typical character i wonder who's the voice actor

Hirano Fumi has been a female VA in Japan since the early 1980's ... you'll recognize her oldest/first role... 'Urusei Yatsura' she played Lum, the female alien and basically the leading female of the series. Ms. Hirano has been Lum in every appearance (so far) of that character.

you might also recognize her from 'Izetta: The Last Witch' she played Izetta's Grandmother.

in 'Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?' OVA 1 she was Eucliwood Hellscythe. the Male MC Ayumu's various fantasies about Euu's voice being cute were done by 21 different ladies throughout the franchise. only Midori Tsukimiya made more than one appearance as Euu.

this role will tickle your funny bone. in 'Seitokai Yakuindomo S2' Ms. Hirano played Sachiko Furuya, the previous student council president before Amakusa Shino. you remember her? Sachi-chan who is now a university student.

how about GATE? Mimoza La Mer ring a bell? the wacky old lady mage that lives and teaches in the Magic Academy City of Rondel. mhm that was Ms. Hirano too.

this show tends to make the least harmful characters look most suspicious out of the new characters, so you can almost be sure that she's an ally but maybe the author is using his own writing habit as a way to trick the audience.
